Joshua has held senior executive roles at both public and private software companies, resulting in both IPO and acquisition. In that time, he has built and led many large and successful field and operations organizations, and is proud of helping see over 30 heads of Customer Success come from his teams. A national speaker on post-sales and marketing, he has won industry awards for innovation in post-sales. Josh spent nearly a decade with McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in their Technology practice. He lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and four children.

Mike leads the engineering and applied science teams at Magnify. He has a long-track record in building and scaling engineering organizations; most recently, Mike was head of Engineering at Stripe for Reporting and Analytics. Mike previously co-founded Seattle-based customer feedback startup Apptentive, which was by KKR-backed Alchemer.

Steve is a Managing Partner at Madrona, and serves on the boards of several private and public software companies. He previously was the founder and CEO of Concur Software, which was acquired by SAP Software for $8.3B

Barry Crist is the founder of Research Cricket, advising early-stage software companies on scale.  He was the CEO of Chef Software, which was acquired by Progress Software, an EIR at Ingition Ventures, and CEO of Likewise Software.
