We are excited to announce that Ria Kapila is our new Head of Product Management at Magnify!   Ria is a remarkable product and GTM leader and will be leading our product development and marketing efforts here at Magnify.   Ria has extensive experience in leading cross-functional global teams of product, design and data science to build, launch and scale consumer and enterprise products.

Prior to Magnify, Ria led the product and business growth for one of Microsoft’s Power Platform– a B2B/B2C low code web-based SaaS offerings with usage across millions of users. Prior to that, she was the advisor/Chief of Staff to CVP of Azure AI Platform, driving the strategic programs and multi-year product vision and strategy across the product portfolio for Microsoft’s AI technology adoption.   Before that, Ria held multiple roles at Amazon across Retail, Kindle Devices and Alexa teams, including leading the product and design for Alexa Skills Kit Platform for Developer Experience.

Ria holds a Gold Medal in Computer Sciences undergrad from JNTU, India and MBA from Columbia Business School, New York.

Ria is certainly an accomplished leader, but just as importantly, she exhibits the values we care deeply about here at Magnify. In short, Ria is amazing, and we are thrilled to have her part of leadership team.
